Elyan Partners, a member of the Edmond de Rothschild Private Equity partnership, is the exclusive advisor to the ERES and Privilege family of private equity funds: 

• ERES (Edmond de Rothschild Equity Strategies) invests in midcap buy-outs  in Europe & the US, as minority or majority shareholder. ERES IV is currently in fundraising, targeting €450m and had its first closing in September 2021 for €300m. The fund focuses on 4 themes: e-commerce, financial services, new consumers and the ecosystem of biotechs. 

• Privilege is a hybrid fund of funds focusing on mid cap funds in Europe & the US.  Privilege 2018 is currently investing its €110m fund in primary fund commitments as well as direct co-investments.
