Guillaume began his career at Financière Saint Dominique before joining the LVMH Group in Hong Kong, where he oversaw business development across Asia and the Pacific Rim. He later spent over a decade at Advent International, becoming Partner and contributing to investments across industrials, retail & consumer, and technology worldwide. He also served on numerous portfolio company boards.

Since 2016, Guillaume has advised CEOs of growth companies and buy-outs, is an active investor, and serves as Chairman of the Article 1 Foundation.
